今朝未明、Vickie Fisher TICA会長からメンバーに向けてメッセージが出されました。

 私が最初にCOVID-19 に関するメッセージを出してほしいとお願いのメールを送ったのが

 ２／２７日なので、はっきりした行動を起こして下さるまでに２０日を要したことになります。

 これは２４日、２５日にジャッジアドミニストレイターMalylouさん と　ジャッジコミッティー

 Connie Webb さんに日本における緊急事態を知らせ、ショーの開催が難しいこと、ジャッジも危険を強いられることなど訴えましたが返事がなく、思い切って会長、副会長に送りました。が、これにもすぐにはお返事がなかったのでJudge's ML に緊急事態を投稿しました。そしてやっと以下の会長からのコメントが２/２８日　JML上に発信されました。

 Hi All. It is obvious that the upcoming months will include a good bit of uncertainty and require a good deal of flexibility as the current corona virus works its way around our world.

 You all know that all shows in China have been canceled. Two shows in Japan have been canceled and the remaining clubs are watching developments in their country. The same is true for the upcoming show in Italy.

 The decision to cancel a show must be made by the club at their local level. If a judge is uncomfortable in attending and judging an upcoming contracted show, they must follow the rules and notify the club of their cancellation and discuss the situation with them. You may not cancel a show to accept another judging invitation. In general, if a show is canceled, the club is responsible for your cost to exchange airline tickets; if you cancel, you are responsible.

 TICA is refunding show license and scoring fees to clubs who find they must cancel shows due to government advisement/prohibition. Clubs may request either a refund or roll over to another date.

 こんにちは、みんな。現在のコロナウイルスが世界中で機能するように、今後数か月間にかなりの不確実性が含まれ、かなりの柔軟性が必要になることは明らかです。
中国のすべてのショーがキャンセルされたことはご存知でしょう。日本での2つのショーはキャンセルされ、残りのクラブは自国の発展を見守っています。同じことがイタリアでの今後のショーにも当てはまります。
ショーをキャンセルする決定は、地元レベルのクラブによって行われなければなりません。ジャッジが今後の契約ショーに出席して判断することに不快感を感じる場合は、規則に従い、キャンセルをクラブに通知し、状況を話し合う必要があります。別の審査招待を受け入れるためにショーをキャンセルしてはなりません。一般的に、ショーがキャンセルされた場合、クラブは航空券を交換する費用を負担します。あなたがキャンセルした場合、あなたは責任を負います。
TICAは、政府の助言/禁止のためにショーをキャンセルしなければならないと判断したクラブに、ショーライセンスとスコアリング料金を払い戻します。クラブは、払い戻しを要求するか、別の日付にロールオーバーすることができます。

 昨日CFAでは、３月１６日～５月３１日まで、猫好きの大切な家族の一員として、安全と幸福はCFAの最優先事項と考え、 3月16日月曜日に始まるコロナウイルス（COVID-19）に関係して5月31日までのすべてのショーはキャンセルされます。との発表がありました。チームが協力して出陳者、観客、ジャッジに最適なオプションを策定したとあります。

 As a valued family member of the cat fancy, your safety and well being are CFA’s top priority. With the continued news around coronavirus (COVID-19), beginning on Monday, March 16, all shows through May 31 will be cancelled.

 It is not a decision that was taken lightly. Our team worked together to formulate the best options for exhibitors, spectators and judges, and the best option at this time was to cancel all remaining shows through May 31.

 

TICAでも明日ミーティングがもたれ追加の措置を検討するとあるので、ルール一辺倒に偏らない柔軟な解決策が打ち出されるよう願っています。

 しかし、全てが非常にスロウですね！

 私が最初にこの新型コロナウィルスの危機をAsia Directorに訴え、至急何とか措置を考えなければと促したのが２/１8日でした。

 この時点でAsiaから世界に向けて、またTICAに発信したならCFAに後れを取ることは無かったのではないかと悔やまれます。
