公約

自己紹介（ジャッジ　オブ　メリット）　      友成　晴世
TICAジャッジとして1982年から33年間にわたりキャットショーに携わり、現在はインストラクターの資格を有しております。1995年にはTICAブランチクラブC.A.T.CREDOを設立、21年間クラブの代表を務め、またバーミーズ、ボンベイのブリーダーとして長年にわたり猫種の繁栄に尽くしております。

決意表明
The International Cat Association（TICA）は1979年6月22日にGeorgia Morganと数人の猫愛好家たちによって設立され、世界で最も進歩的で、柔軟性に富んだ、革新的な猫の血統登録機関を設立するという、共同設立者たちの夢を現実のものとし、以来37年にわたり「個人　対　TICA」という民主的な方針を守り続けています。
ところが、ここアジアリジョンでは、本来の「個」対「TICA」の関係よりも、クラブの力が大きく影響し力を持ってしまうというTICAの根本精神からは離れた状況に陥っています。私たちTICAメンバーは一人一人意見をTICAに届けることが出来、TICAもまた一人一人に応えて下さいます。そして、クラブはTICAの精神に則ったショーを行うことでTICAに大きく貢献しなければなりません。
今回、ディレクター選に立候補したのは、このように、アジアリジョンの各クラブは一つになってTICAブランチとしてTICAの発展に貢献しなければならないにもかかわらず、クラブが力を持ち、更に2派に分かれて、ショーの窓口を非常に狭めてしまっていることを憂慮したに他なりません。
決して忘れてはならないことは、アジアリジョンのどのクラブもTICAのブランチであるということ。各クラブの小さなこだわりを捨ててTICAのブランチとして、心を一つに合わせ、ショーを初め、猫を中心とした活動を行うべきだと考え立候補致しました。

TICAの会員が、配慮と責任のある猫のオーナー／ブリーダーになるよう、また純血種の猫を保護するとともに、家猫の健康と福利を推進するために協力して働きかける。

To provide sanctioned cat shows which promote both pedigreed and non-pedigreed cats in a professional manner, and which are both enjoyable and educational for exhibitors, judges and the general public.
TICA 公認のキャットショーは、プロフェッショナルな方法で純血種および非純血種を奨励し、またショーの出陳者やジャッジ、一般観衆にとって楽しくかつためになる内容を提供する。

To encourage our members to take an active role in the community, to foster responsible spay/neuter awareness through public education, to become active in voluntary service at local animal shelters or outreach programs for schools and/or senior or disabled citizens, and to become involved in citizen advisory groups to foster responsible legislation regarding the health and welfare of cats.

TICAの会員が、地域において積極的な役割を担うよう会員に促す。公的教育を通して責任ある去勢・避妊への認識を促す。地域のアニマル・シェルター、および学校や老人・障害者のための福祉プログラムにおいて積極的にボランティア活動をする。猫の健康と福利に関する責任ある法律制定を行うため、民間の諮問機関に参加する。

To promote friendly relations between breeders in this country and other countries around the world.

国内および世界中ブリーダーが友好関係を築けるよう促す。

To disseminate information to breeders, owners, exhibitors, and the general public concerning breeding, exhibition, improvement of breeds, the care and welfare of all cats; and to provide materials and information regarding feline issues of regional or national importance.

ブリーディング、ショーへの出陳、ブリードの改良、すべての猫の飼育と福利に関する情報を、ブリーダー、飼い主、出陳者および一般大衆に広く伝えていく。地域また国内で重要とされる猫の問題に関して、資料と情報を提供する。

To set up a foundation to encourage research on feline health issues, and to provide readily available lists of resource materials on health issues to our members.

猫の病気や健康の問題に関する研究を奨励する財団を設立し、TICAの会員が、健康問題に関する資料のリストを提供する。

公約
まず、第一にお約束したいのは「猫を第一に考えたショーの開催」。ショーの形態、ショースケジュールなど、全員で見直し、考えていく時期にあると痛感しております。話し合いはジャッジとクラブのMLを通じて行います。

第二に、WEBサイトの充実。リジョン内のことはサイトに行けばわかるというように、いくつかの部門に分かれて担当し、それぞれの担当者が直接サイト管理室にアクセスし、速やかに情報が公開できるように努めます。リジョンへのご質問ご要望などにも対応し、一般会員にもリジョンをより身近に感じて頂けるよう努力する所存でございます。

第三は、年1回のジャッジングスクール、クラーキングスクールを開催し、ジャッジのリフレッシャーテスト、クラークの更新テストに備えます。また、ジャッジが獲得しなければならないCEUポイントも考慮し、セミナー、スクールを多く開催していきます。

また、ショー、ブリード、ジャッジ、クラークの為だけにとどまらず、動物を愛護するという基本的な立場から、殺処分０運動、災害時の募金活動などには積極的に取り組み、行動していくことをお約束致します。

Statement of electoral pledge        ( English)

·Self-introduction
I have been involved in cat shows as a TICA judge for 33 years since 1982 and have become a qualified instructor.  In 1995, I established “C.A.T. CREDO” as a branch club of TICA and I have served as a representative of the club for 21 years. As a cat breeder of Burmese and Bombay cats, I have been committed to the prosperity of the feline species for a long time.

·Determination
I believe that each club acts as a unit and must contribute to the development of TICA. In spite of that, the Asia region is actually split into two factions and this narrows the window of participation in the TICA cat show.  I am sincerely concerned about such circumstances in the TICA Asia region and want to change this situation to make it better.
We should not forget that each club in the Asia region belongs to TICA as its branch.
As a member of the TICA, we should think about the activities including shows with a focus on cats, without any assertion which is sometimes a little bit selfish.
For these reasons, I have decided to run for director in this election.

·Commitment
As a first commitment, I promise to organize a “cat friendly show”.
I keenly sense that it is now time for all of us to address the show style and show schedule. Discussion on these issues should be done using ML for judges and club.
I also promise to enhance the website as a second commitment. I want to ensure that all of the information related to the region can be obtained from the website.  I would like to divide the website into several sections, and I will identify the person responsible for each section.  The responsible people can then access to the administration site directly.  Thereby, all information in the region will be quickly obtainable from the website. 
I would also like to implement a mechanism to get answers to questions from general members and requests through the website.

As a last commitment, I promise to conduct a judging school and a clerking school annually for the preparation of judge refresher tests and renewal of clerk qualifications. I will also increase the frequency of seminars and schools in consideration of the CEU points that necessary for judges to acquire.

Moreover, our existence is not only for a cat shows, breeds, judges and clerks.
Based on our position of animal protection, it is very important for us to take a proactive approach toward “zero animal euthanasia”, “disaster fund-raising activities” and other related actions. Necessary actions should be promptly taken by TICA.

TICA 져지로서 1982년부터 33년간에 걸쳐서 캣 쇼에 종사해 왔으며, 현재는 인스트럭터 자격을 가지고 있습니다. 1995년에는TICA 브런치 클럽 C.A.T.CREDO를 설립, 21년간 클럽 대표로근무했으며, 또한 버미즈, 봄베이 브리더로서 장년에 걸쳐서 고양이 종 번영에 힘쓰고 있습니다.

이번, 디렉터 선거에 입후보 한 것은, 본래, TICA 산하 클럽이TICA 브런치로서 하나가 되어 TICA 발전에 공헌하지 않으면 안되는데도 불구하고, 현재, 아시아 지역, 특히 일본의 경우는 두 파로 나뉘어져서, 오히려 쇼의 창구를 상당히 좁히고 있는 것을 우려하였기 때문입니다.

중국 맹자는 "사덕", 즉 "인, 의, 예,지"가 사람이 지키지 않으면 안되는 도라 하였습니다. 더욱, 일을 함에 있어서 "인화"만한 것이없다고 역설하고 있습니다.

지금이야말로, 한국을 포함한 아시아 지역이 각 클럽의 작은 집착을 버리고 TICA 브런치로서, 마음을 하나로 합해서, 쇼를 시작으로, 고양이를 중심으로 한 활동을 개시해야한다고 생각해 입후보하였습니다.공약
먼저, 첫번째로 약속하고 싶은 것은, "고양이를 제일 먼저 생각하는 쇼 개최". 쇼 형태, 쇼 스케쥴 등, 의논은 져지와 클럽 메일 리스트를 통해서 실시하겠습니다. 
둘째로는, WEB 사이트 충실. 지역내의 일은 사이트로 가면 알 수 있도록, 몇개의 부문으로 나누어 담당하고, 각각의 담당자가 직접사이트 관리실에 접속해, 신속하게 정보가 공개 될 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.
세째로는, 져징　스쿨, 클러킹 스쿨을 개최해, 져지 리프레셔 테스트, 클러크 갱신 테스트를 준비하도록 하겠습니다.
또한 동물을 애호한다는 기본적인 입장에서, 살처분 제로 운동, 재해시 모금 활동 등에는 적극적으로 대처해, 행동해 나갈 것을 약속합니다.
